Hi :D!! It's been awhile since I've posted so I thought I might give a quick update!! My mom has one week left at this job, then in 2 weeks she starts her new one :)!! She's very excited, but nervous at the same time!! Please everyone keep her in your prayers!! We just had our 4th annual family get together! I always look forward to that!! I love family :)!! At church we've gotten a new youth pastor!! I'm so thankful to have him and his wife in my life!! I look up to them both so much!! They're doing an awesome job in our class!! I've learned so much!! This weekend is work day at church! So, we have to be up there at 7 on Saturday morning... Everyone knows I'm not an early bird lol but I think I'll make it lol!! Each class has certain areas that they'll be cleaning and stuff!! I'm sure it'll be pretty fun lol :) cause we'll be cleaning and stuff with people we enjoy being around, so it won't be too bad :)!! Hmmm... What else is new?? Oh, our friends from Canada are coming down in 2 weeks!! Mrs.Sue Ann is a photographer, so her and I will have lots to talk about, since that's what I'm looking at doing!! Hey Y'all!!! I hope all is going well for everyone! Right now I'm staying the night at some friends house from our church because we have our VBS this week so I'll be here until Tuesday..FUN! Our VBS will be going until Friday, then on Saturday morning we leave for Colorado to go to camp with our youth group...I'm so excited!! We'll get back on the 21 so I've got a lot of fun things going on right now..I love these times! Well hope everyone is havin a great summer so far! Hello Everyone, I hope y'all are doing great during the this Christmas season! Well let me think what's new with me. We have already gotten our Christmas from our parents. They got 2 4x4 wheelers for us..I have had so much fun on them!!! Next week we will being going to my grandparents house for Christmas I'm very excited, but also sad because my mom is not able to come because she has to work on Christmas day. My Aunt Chris and her family will be there so I'm very happy about because I haven't seen them in a couple of years, so that will be nice to them! When my family leaves me and my younger sister will be staying for like a week at my Aunt and Uncle's house..so I'm looking to that A LOT!!! Well lets see what else... Oh I'm 16 now lol..We just celebrated my birthday 2 days ago..we're a little late when it comes to that kind of stuff lol!!! Our youth group had a lock-in last weekend...I had so much fun!!! You really get to know everyone after being at 3 in the morning lol!! I love my youth group and church so very much!!! Well I guess that's all for now ttyl bye!!! If I'm not on again before Christmas and the New Year...then Merry Christmas and I hope all of y'alls New Year starts out great and stays that way the whole way through!!

Well today I'm gonna try and start cleaning house for when our family comes for Thanksgiving..you know I want to get a head start...lol!! Man, I really want a drink from Sonic right now lol!!! But anyway, back to cleaning lol! I plan to clean outside and do like windows, doors, bathrooms, and then tomorrow do the living room, dining room, kitchen, and our room. Well as most of you know already this past Saturday I had a pie contest. I made a Pecan Pie and Strawberry Pie! Well I was so happy to hear that I got 2nd place with my Strawberry Pie! I really wasn't expecting to place lol so I was really proud to get 2nd!! Now lots of people from my church are saying I have to make them a pie now..lol!!! Which I guess I will because I enjoy doing it and I'm sure they'll enjoy eating it lol! Well I just wanted to let everyone know how I did on my contest! Hey, I know I know..I haven't been on in sooo long and I apologize for that, I have no excuses..lol!!! So what's new in my life since I last updated? Well Matt (my oldest brother) and Rachael (my older sister) have gotten an apartment together! My dog Dixie died, so we've gotten a new dog since then..I came up with his name which it is Pillsbury ain't that just the cutest name ever..lol...and he has a little toy dog he plays with and my dad named it dough boy..lol!! But yeah what else..lets see...this weekend I'm entering in a pie contest which I'm VERY excited about!!! I have to make 4 pies, I'm making 2 Strawberry and 2 Pecan YUMMY!!! I'm about to join our church choir which I'm also very excited out!!! Oh another really great thing happend since I last updated I've found another REALLY great way to do my hair and quick and easy which is the best part..lol!!! I'll post a picture of it! I really like it!!! Well we're gonna be having our family down in few weeks, and I can't wait until it's time!!! We always have so much fun together and make great memories!!! We're actually gonna get to spend Thanksgiving with them all...awwww I wish everyone was here RIGHT NOW..lol..I miss you all so very much!!! Hi, I know I'm late..lol!! Well this past weekend was so much fun!!! I had a blast with my family!! My grandparents and one of my cousins left on Sunday after morning services, and my other two cousins left on Monday around 1:00 that afternoon! But we all enjoyed them being here so much!! We didn't really get to many picture I don't think....sorry!! Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well! Well things have been pretty quiet around my house this week, but tonight I'm not sure who all is coming but I know atleast one of my cousins is coming and I think it's probably going to be 2..lol..but they like to mess around with us alot and say they aren't coming...lol!! Then tomorrow my grandparents and another one of my cousins is coming, and I so can't wait until they get here!!!! On Sunday morning me and my 2 sisters are all getting baptized! I'm so happy!!! So yep that's my weekend!! It's going to GREAT!!! Here is a cake I made last October, and entered it in a contest! I got 3rd place in the adult devision. There was around 15 to 20 cakes entered, so I was very pleased to get 3rd!!! I love to cook and bake, so I'm sure you'll be seeing lots of pictures of food on here..lol!! But I made a practice cake of this and I liked it alot more..lol..which sucks..lol!!! But I'll post the pictures of that one a little later. This contest was a chocolate contest, so this cake is chocolate with a chocolate and white chocolate frosting and decoration white chocolate and milk chocolate coverd strawberries, pecans, white chocolate, and then the finish is chocolate syrup! We got to eat my practice cake and just let me tell you it was very yummy lol!!! ~Have a GREAT Day!~

Hi, Well this week is going pretty good I guess..it's kinda boring but it's okay! Everyone is working today besides Seth, Amber, and me..so there isn't really anything to do right now! Hello Everyone, Yesterday 2 of my cousins came up, so they'll be here today to celebrate the 4th with us which is AWESOME!!! I think we are just all gonna hang out, but then tomorrow night we are going to go watch PBR bull riding and that'll be alot of fun!!! They haven't ever seen that, so it'll be something new to them! I haven't seen PBR but I have seen my brother..which I think I'll like this better because I won't be worrying about him getting hurt or something ...I know that he'll be sitting next to me in the stands which I'm very happy about..lol!!!! But then Saturday we are going to have some of the college class people from church come over that morning and eat lunch with us and just hang out for a little while, so our weekend is exciting..(I LOVE EXCITING WEEKENDS..lol!!) Hey Y'all, I'm gonna try and take over this blog and hopefully I can stick to it unlike my little sister who first started out with this site, and then my mom who was next and didn't stick to it..I'm hoping to change this train and there won't be another owner of this site lol!!!

Well yesterday I came home from being in South Texas staying with some family...I was sad to leave them all, but it was very nice seeing my family again and just being at my own home!! I had a lot of fun with everyone down there! I started out being with my Uncle James and Aunt Michele's house and I stay with them from Tuesday through Sunday afternoon, then I went to my Papa and Granny's house and stayed with them Sunday afternoon through Wednesday night, then I went to my Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Theresa's house and stayed with until yesterday morning. i had so much fun being with all of my family!

Today I caught up on my sleep...lol...I won't say how long I stayed in bed..lol!!! And my family and I all just sat in the living room talking and catching up on things! Tonight my dad and mom both are going to work, Rachael is going to stay the night at one of the girls houses from church, and then the rest of us are just going to be home, but I'm sure Amber and I will find something to do together!! Well I guess that's all for now...I'll write more later!!

This gives them the ability to fly backward, which is unique among birds. *If hummingbirds survive their first year, they can live 3-8 years. *Many hummingbirds go dormant in foul weather to save energy. *Hummingbirds lay the smallest eggs of any bird in the world. A Clutch is usually two eggs. One egg can easily rest inside the circumference of a penny. My Theme for my blogspot

Yes, it is really me posting this time. Sorry so long between blog postings. I have been very busy. I really haven't known what to post either. In thinking about that subject on what to post, I have come up with a plan. I have decided to have my blogspot theme be about interesting facts about nature, i.e. plants, flowers, trees, weather, animals, insects, dirt, fertilization, and much, much more. I hope you all will be interested and check out my site every now and then, but first, I know, I'll have to prove myself in the fact that I will be here frequently enough to make it worth everyone's wild. Here goes: First item on the menu: Juniper/cedar Trees--Ever wondered what that golden, brownish looking stuff is that covers those trees this time of year? Well, in fact, this time of year is one of the only times of the year you can tell which tree is male and which tree is female. The female trees are the ones with the golden, brownish stuff on the greenery, the male trees are the ones that do not have the golden brown coating. Later, all at once, the tree will "like pop" and all of the "pollen"(golden, brownish stuff) will pop off the tree and there will be a golden cloud of dust around the tree. It happens so quickly, it is hard to catch it happening, unless you see it on TV on a nature channel or something. Interesting fact??? I thought so. Anyway, that is all for now. It has been a while since I have posted. I have been a little sick and just when I think I am about to get better........well, down I go again. I don't do much when I get sick! I think I am getting better now though. For all of you were so concerned. Seth preached his first message this past Sunday night. Tina was there and I was supposed to be but things happen when you are on a hwy and you are in a hurry. I made it just in time for the closing prayer. It sounds as though he did a good job though. I am very proud of him! Everyone else is doing fine, at least at this time. Hope all of you are all doing good too. Mom and Dad, I am going to take pictures today and will send them to you as soon as I get to a high speed access.

First Week at my New Job

Hello everyone! This is me this time. Just a small note to let everyone know how my first week of work at my new job went. Well, I actually have my own desk... :) I decorated my desk with all my nursing decor and knick-knacks that people have collected for me over the years, and, pictures of my family. The nurse I am orienting with I have worked with at the hospital for the last, almost 7 years. She has worked in Labor and delivery since I have been with the hospital. She has worked with this homehealth agency for almost 3 years. She is a Christian and very active in her Baptist church. I am very thankful to be working with Christians in both places that I work. She also is very informative in teaching the in's and out's of the process. I enjoyed my first couple of days. It is very different from hospital nursing. I am off my feet most of the time, either driving to the clients' houses, charting in car, or filling out paper work in office. Part of the time at the patients houses, you sit as well. It puts you down to their level and helps you establish a better rapport with them. Anyway, will talk more later about the new job. But it seems so far I will like it. Please pray for me in both of these situations. One day, maybe after Jeff gets his degree and works for a company with better benefits, I will be able to decrease job at hospital and maybe only work few times per month there. I love what I do at the hospital. It is not often a person gets to see new life coming into the world and see the miracle our wonderful God created. I love helping people and being a part of a very special time in their life. Guess I will go for now. Time for bed, have to work at hospital tomorrow, 12 hr shift, Jeff's driving; that's nice!!
